Sustainability
Our sustainability principles go beyond compliance strategies to making a significant contribution in protecting our planet for the current and the future generations. The Maci Sustainability Model is developed in accordance with the United Nations Global Compact; and is inspired by King IVTM – creating value for the business through caring for the environment and the well-being of others.

Environmental considerations
Our purpose is to build a sustainable future together with our partners and customers around the world. We are working to bring to life cutting-edge technologies with shocking levels of performance and efficiency. Our vision is to set the standards in carbon-neutral product range as well as the entire value chain; and thus conduct a thorough environmental life cycle assessment of our products from cradle to cradle.
Stakeholder engagement
Maci focus is on building and maintaining long-lasting relationships that are based on trust and value creation for the benefit of our customers, employees, partners, the society and the environment.
How these relationships are handled is the primary aspect of our sustainable strategy and corporate citizenship.
Customers
Our products are the results of years of quest for in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers’ needs, interests, pains, frustrations, aspirations and dreams. This has enabled us to deliver products that not only are aligned with their expectations, but that go beyond their expectations.
Employees
Upholding the rights of our employees is our priority for realization of their own growth and development, which directly impacts on the growth of our corporation and satisfaction of our customers.
Suppliers
Striving for lucrative business value for our suppliers with whom we share sustainability objectives, and basing our relationships with them on good business ethics and trust.
Environment
Our goal is to deliver exciting products for our customers while protecting the environment for the current and future generations.
Public
Meeting the expectations of the public as well as displaying our responsible corporate citizenship by demonstrating ethical, social and environmental responsibility.
Ethical Aspect
Maci Board is responsible for demonstating ethical leadership and upholding high standards of responsible corporate citizenship by demonstrating ethical, environmental and social responsibility, as well as establishing an ethical organizational culture in accordance with principle 2 of King IVTM.
Our Code of Ethics expresses the general principles that inspire the business conduct such as fairness, competence, integrity, accountability and responsibility in accordance with principle 1 of King IVTM.
It inspires the business conduct and commitment to the highest ethical principles and standards in all our business dealings, particularly, in relation to our stakeholders, namely, our customers, staff, suppliers, shareholders, the environment, and other stakeholders.
Our values and objectives are carefully communicated to every department for a shared goal, which is the realization of an ethical culture and satisfactory performance, as meeting business performance, and providing accountability and integrated reporting.

Green sourcing
Maci collaboration with same-minded partners is essential in order to tackle the environment challenges.
Our component suppliers contribute about 70% in the development and assembly of the value of Maci products. This has made Maci to put a lot of emphasis on the selection of partners who will help us meet our sustainability objectives.
Our responsible purchasing takes into account the quadruple bottom line. As a result, we thoroughly analyze the entire cost of the product lifecycle, as well as the environmental footprint of the product.
On the environmental aspect, we analyze the materials used, energy consumption, logistics, supply channels and disposal of a product
On the social aspect we analyze suppliers’ compliance with international labour organization standards, safe workplace and protecting the rights of employees
On the ethical aspect we look at the company’s ethic rules and the code of conduct and public perception
Sustainability target: 2035 vs 2025
